Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 2cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4cup nut/seed butter
  • 1/4cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2cup honey
  • 1/2cup chocolate chips(optional)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips (if desired)
  3. Place mixture in fridge and allow to chill for at least 15 minutes
  4. Roll into 2-inch balls.
  5. Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

If the mixture is sticky and you’re having trouble forming the balls, apply a little water to your hands.
